ComInc. provides cultural translation, guided experiences, accommodation (kominka stay), and consultation services in the Myoko & Joetsu area of Niigata, Japan.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation. Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Liability
ComInc. acts as a facilitator connecting you with local services and experiences. While we take every care to ensure quality and safety, participation in outdoor activities and travel carries inherent risks.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, design — is the property of ComInc. and may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Joetsu District Court.
